Windice Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing windice.im and registering an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply alongside the Windice Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and Windice.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Windice platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms — notified via email or on-site notice — constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are written in English for players in Pakistan. Where there is any ambiguity, the plain reading of the English text as understood by a reasonable Pakistani adult shall apply.

To register and use Windice, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person — businesses, organisations or bots may not register accounts.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a Windice employee.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Not have had a previous Windice account closed for breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for ensuring that using Windice complies with any laws applicable to them in their specific location. Windice does not provide legal advice and players should satisfy themselves on this point independently.

Each player may hold only one Windice account. Registering multiple accounts — under any name, email address, phone number, payment method or device — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances held pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide:

• A valid email address or Pakistani mobile number that you own and can verify.
• A strong password that you keep confidential and do not share with anyone.
• Accurate personal details including your real full name and date of birth.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Windice account. Windice will not be liable for losses arising from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep your account secure. Windice conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. You may be asked to submit identity documents at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time at Windice's discretion. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed satisfactorily may be suspended.

All financial transactions on Windice are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Windice supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay and SadaPay digital wallets
• IBFT interbank bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Windice does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Winnings are credited to your account balance as soon as each bet or game round settles. Withdrawals are processed as promptly as possible — mobile wallet withdrawals typically complete within minutes during operational hours.

Windice offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers from time to time. Every promotion has specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates — which are published with the offer at the time of availability.

General bonus rules that apply across all Windice promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the Windice platform.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit.
• Only one active bonus may apply to your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Windice reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted in and wagering is in progress.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on Windice. Game-specific rules for casino products are published within those sections of the platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be edited or cancelled.
• Windice reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred — this will be notified to affected players and stakes refunded.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. Windice will not be liable for bets that were not accepted due to connection issues on the player's side.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not conclude under normal circumstances, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules published in the Windice sportsbook.
• Windice may limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, particularly for events where unusual betting patterns have been detected.
• Cricket bets — including PSL and international matches — are settled according to official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Weather-affected results follow official DLS calculations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Windice. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct risks immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on Windice.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform rules.
• Depositing funds from stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment instruments.
• Using the Windice platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Making false chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate Windice transactions.

Windice cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving financial crime, fraud or any other criminal activity connected to the platform.

Windice reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed.
• The player has not completed KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion or chargebacks are associated with the account.
• A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (as defined in current platform policy).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Windice will aim to communicate the reason to the player within a reasonable timeframe and will process the investigation fairly. Genuine funds on legitimate accounts that are closed without cause will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can contact support at any time. Voluntary closures may include a cooling-off period if the closure is related to responsible gaming concerns.

Windice is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set duration of gameplay.

By creating a Windice account you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Windice uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted to and from the platform.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed by certified payment processors and is not stored on Windice servers.
• Players may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data by contacting support — subject to legal retention obligations.

All content on the Windice platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of Windice or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Windice content without prior written permission. Scraping, automated data collection and systematic downloading of platform content are prohibited.

Windice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to resell, sub-license or commercially exploit the platform or its content.

Windice provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control.
• Delays in bet acceptance caused by the player's own internet connection.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power failures or government actions.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials.

In all cases, Windice's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by Windice.

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By placing bets on Windice, you acknowledge that losing your stake is a possible outcome and that Windice is not liable for those losses.

Windice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Windice will notify registered players by email and/or by a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required for legal, security or regulatory reasons.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continuing to use your Windice account after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with an amendment, your remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Any bets already in progress at the time of a Terms update will be settled under the Terms in force when those bets were placed.
